About Tell MASA
Tell MASA is an organization that is solely set up to help our Sikh and South Asian Communities by educating them on Hate Crime Reporting and how to use the Reporting tool to report incidents against them.
Defining community people with common interests so we have captured the following: Hindu, Buddhist, Jain, Christian, Khoja and many more.
The reporting of these incidents via this website will go direct to the Police Monitoring Center.

The law recognises five types of hate crime on the basis of:
- Race
- Religion
- Disability
- Sexual orientation
- Transgender identity
Any crime can be prosecuted as a hate crime if the offender has either:
- demonstrated hostility based on race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or transgender identity, Or
- been motivated by hostility based on race, religion, disability, sexual orientation or transgender identity
Someone can be a victim of more than one type of hate crime.
